Community Acupuncture

In China, acupuncture is prescribed many times per week for certain conditions. The no frills, large communal space keeps treatments affordable. This differs significantly from how acupuncture is usually practiced in the US. Here, many people can’t afford acupuncture unless they have good insurance.

The goal of the community acupuncture model is to make health care more affordable, accessible, and community-oriented. Instead of tables, we use recliners arranged in a common treatment room. We charge very affordable sliding scale rates designed to fit your budget.

By relying on points in your hands and legs to access the channels of the body, we can treat virtually any condition.

The recliners are far more comfortable for most people than tables. They prefer not getting out of their clothes, and they don’t miss being isolated in a room by themselves. Try it for yourself and tell us what you think.
