Qi Gong(chee-gung) is the term used for traditional Chinese health exercises that focus on harmonizing the mind, breath, and body. Qi Gong is presented in our clinic as a series of fluid movements practiced at a moderate pace. These movements are presented in a format that provides participants with an exercise routine that can be practiced at home. Regular practice of Qi Gong can boost metabolism, improve circulation, strengthen the immune system, and lead to enhanced mental acuity. Qi Gong is practiced standing up and participants are asked to were comfortable shoes and loose fitting clothes. Classes are every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 10:00 am-11:00 am.
